Hold Harmless Clause/Certificate of insurance where applicable: The Donor shall save the Donee, Carroll County Democratic Committee, hereinafter “CCDC” harmless from all loss and damage occasioned to any person or property as well as from any claim or damage resulting from or arising out of the use of any products, goods or, services or otherwise, from which the proceeds of the donation arise. To the extent allowed by law, Donor agrees to indemnify and defend CCDC against, and hold it harmless from, any and all suits, demands, loss or liability on account of or in connection with any injury, loss or damage resulting or claiming to have resulted from the use of the Donor’s products, goods or services, as the case may be.

The Benefactor is responsible for reporting all financial disclosures required by law.

CCDC will comply with all state financial disclosures of Receipts and Expenditures required by State Law.
